The Veterans Affair Administration partnered up with the’s Design for Health class to ask: how might we improve stickiness for mental health care services?

The Pause Button empowers users to take agency over their healthcare experience:

1. Back end interface for receptionist to address the patients when they press it.

2. Data about when the button is pressed will be collected and used to identify sore spots in the process, leading to more effective future design solutions.
